Take Shape For Life

March 10th 2013

So I tried a bunch of diets but they mostly failed because I have no determination and I love to eat. Mostly love to eat things that will kill me.

I finally hit my "break the scale" weight today. 180lbs. (After a huge banquet meal so there is significant bloating involved) I would say the correct start weight should be 177.6.

Today is also the day I start the TSFL Medifast diet.

After watching Jinah's vlog I know this is something that I am interesting in trying.



With her support I hope to make through this.

I want to weigh less.

I want to be happy.

I want to have energy.

I want to weigh less than my boyfriend!!! lol Sounds like such a ridicous reason but yes I do. He is 5'11 and weighs about 140 lbs. ._.

He has a great metabolism so he burns off fat without lifting a finger... I hate him....

I wanted to keep my diet on the down low because not everyone understands the struggle with being overweight. If I can make it through the week, I think I can do this!
